Youtube country/pop star Olivia Mitchell takes on Katy Perry’s hit single “The One That Got Away” in this fantastic new acoustic cover.  It’s been a while since we’ve seen a video from Mitchell, so this is definitely a nice treat.  It’s great to hear her talent again.  Mitchell strips down the song to its core with her acoustic rendition and some of her own backup vocals to compliment the hook.  As usual, brilliantly done.  Check it out below and follow her links for more music.  Get on the hype.
