HypeTune.com has been waiting for this release, and now we can finally share it with everyone.  The much anticipated debut of “Superman”, a hit record from hip hop artist Arthur Izzo, produced by recording artist and producer Michael Wainer (MIKE 13), is finally official.  Arthur Izzo is a rising star in the industry and has worked hard to amass a large and loyal fanbase.  The Rhode Island native grabbed everyone’s attention with his first single, “Hello Kitty” featuring Roscoe Dash (aka Mr. All the Way Turnt Up).  The hit single took over some major hip hop blogs and Youtube, gathering thousands of plays. Now, with the release of “Superman”, Izzo has the platform to take the industry by storm as an up-and-coming hip hop star.  Keep an eye out for his Spring 2011 Mixtape, “Flirting With The Clouds.”

The success of this song starts from the collaboration.  ”Superman” was produced by a truly rising star producer, Michael Wainer (Mike 13).  You may remember Mike 13 from his HypeTune.com feature back in October.  He was one of the hottest features we ran on the site.  Mike 13 is relocating his new production company, MIKE 13 Inc., to Los Angeles and is currently producing several songs for Pauley Perrette’s  album (Abby from NCIS) and for the NCIS soundtrack, as well as placing music on sister-show NCIS: Los Angeles.  He is creating waves by writing beats for Eminem, Wiz Khalifa, and several other major artists.  Not to mention he’s recently become one of the celebrity faces of NOH8 alongside such artists as Slash, Pete Wentz, Dave Navarro, and Russell Simmons (picture below).

Our most exciting update deals with Wainer’s upcoming solo album tentatively titled “MIKE 13: While I Breathe, I Dream”.  Wainer says, “This album will bring me back to my rock roots, and I will be playing every instrument, writing, producing and singing everything on the album and, schedule permitting, will be embarking on an international tour opening for one of rocks  BIGGEST acts…” Keep it here at Hypetune for more details on this endeavor.  Along side running his own music publishing company with BMI called MIKE 13 MUSIC, Wainer is close to landing some extra work and maybe even some lines in the world of acting.  He told us, “when you look as weird as I do you HAVE to get on TV!”  When these two forces (Arthur Izzo and Mike 13) come together, you get a hit like “Superman”.  Check out the debut of “Superman” below.  Make sure you share it with everyone you know.  Also, we’re adding an mp3 player with tracks from both Mike 13 and Izzo for you to sample and get a taste of the music they’re making.  Get on the hype.
