What can I say about Mr. J. Medeiros that his music doesn’t already portray. Released back in June, “Neon Signs” is Medeiros second single off his fourth solo album, “Saudade.” Medeiro’s flow is like no other, usually at a faster pace than most rappers.  His choice of words is always spot on. Don’t expect him to be rapping about cars, money, or women.
